I have for sale a 2000 W reg 2.0 SE auto in Satellite grey with storm black leather. A friend of the family passed away and I purchased the car from them as they knew I am into my 406 coupes and they wanted to see it live on and go back on the road. The car drives beautifully with no knocks or rattles and feels very tight and smooth. Mileage is currently just over 148,000 but it feels like half the mileage with how good it drives. It is in good condition with only some marks in keeping with the age and mileage. There are 2 marks or creases on both rear quarters, neither have broken the paint and I think a good dent tech should remove or improve them. Both bumpers are excellent with no cracks, there is a small mark near the n/s headlight washer and the alloys could do with a refurb as they have some corrosion starting. The boot badge has been replaced for a new one and the car has been fully detailed. 2 new front tyres and front drop links within the last 1000 miles. On the inside everything on the car works as it should, the auto box changes well in all modes, the air con has just been re gassed and is icey cold, both heated seats work, electric memory seats, folding mirrors, jbl audio and the electrochromatic rear view mirror is perfect. The leather seats are soft and supple and with only some wear round the tilt handle on the drivers where the leather has pulled away. I have just carried out the following work; Service Mot (expires May 2026) Air con regas New boot handle badge Wax oiled underside and painted exhaust heat shields Full detail and clean including engine bay and all shuts. The cambelt was replaced 4 years ago. The coupe also comes with both working remote key fobs, service book pack, toolkit, locking wheel nuts and key. The coupe is located in Hinckley Leicestershire at my friends house as he is looking after it whilst we are away. Asking £1450 or best offer.
